Curved Panels

  • Description and Specs

    CAS curved panels are made from a solid wood veneer with FSC-certified wood and Class “A” Fire Rated coating available. NAUF and recycled wood core are standards.


    The panels are made in standard and custom sizes. With the CAS systems, curved ceiling panels can be installed either with a hook system, Unistrut, or an aircraft cable system. 


    Panels that are manufactured with standard perforated holes are supplied with an acoustical fabric attached to the back of the panel. Acoustics can be improved by adding a 1” or 2” insulation blanket above the panels.

Flat Panels

  • Description and Specs

    CAS wood panels are made from a solid wood veneer with FSC-certified wood and Class “A” Fire Rated coating available. NAUF and recycled wood core are standards.


    The panels are made in standard and custom sizes. With the CAS systems, ceiling panels can be installed in any standard heavy-duty 15/16” or 9/16” grid, and wall panels can be face attached or mounted using Z-clips.


    Panels that are manufactured with standard perforated holes are supplied with an acoustical fabric attached to the back of the panel. Acoustics can be improved by adding a 1” or 2” insulation blanket above or behind the panels.

Linear Panels

  • Description and Specs

    CAS linear panels are made from a solid wood veneer with FSC-certified wood and Class “A” Fire Rated coating available. NAUF and recycled wood core are standard.


    The panels are made in standard and custom sizes. With the CAS systems, linear panels are installed on any standard heavy-duty 15/16” grid, and wall panels can be face attached to a grid system or furring strips.


    Linear panels are used for both interior and exterior applications. Exterior applications can be solid or veneer wood while utilizing an exterior core that is weatherproof to the elements. The exterior applications are typically used in soffit areas. Panels are manufactured in several different variations depending on your needs.

Wood Baffles

    CAS wood baffles are made from solid wood or veneer with FSC-certified wood and Class “A” Fire Rated coating available. The panels are made in standard and custom sizes.


    With the CAS systems, wood baffles are installed on any standard heavy-duty 15/16” grid.


    Wood baffles are utilized for both interior and exterior applications. The baffles can be made with an MDF lightweight particle board or a fiber core and also solid wood. Panels are manufactured in several different variations depending on your needs.

    Wood grilles are typically for interior applications. Exterior woods are available. Panels are manufactured in several different variations depending on your needs.

Highly recommend CAS for all of your custom closer and cabinetry needs. Amanda was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. She called me the same day after making a request on their website. From there, we set up measurements, and she then went to work designing two closets, a pantry, and a laundry room for me.

Once everything was to my liking — which, bless her as we went back and forth a few times — we signed off on everything and scheduled the install. The installation was also seamless and took essentially one business day to complete all four rooms.

The project manager Tim came out to check on his team and made sure everything was going well. The installation team was friendly and communicated everything they were doing as they were also completing each room. The final walkthrough was a breeze, and I would do it over again 100 times.

I am a huge advocate of local businesses and organization. CAS exceeded my expectations for both, and my rooms are complete with the newly installed cabinets and closets. I cannot recommend their services enough! I wish I had done this sooner!
